Another One Bites The Dust

For her birthday last month, I bought her a little, squeaky stuffed animal thing (not sure what it is really!). This morning, it went in the trash. She did to it what she has done to so many others....ripped the guts right out of it! I had been on the phone for quite some time, so she must have figured she'd occupy herself. I turned around to find her sitting on the couch.....stuffing hanging out of her mouth.....stuffing all over the couch! Without saying a word, I ran for my cell so I could take a picture. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a picture of her with the stuffing hanging out of her mouth, but was able to capture these:

I wish I had a video camera running this morning as the kids headed off to the bus on their first day of school. Terra is getting so that she doesn't like it when we leave. I'm guessing because it is so rare that she is left alone. As the kids grabbed their book bags and headed for the door, Terra started growling and nipping at them (in a playful way, of course!). She latchedon to Lukas' lunch bag and wouldn't let go! It was so damn cute! We laughed and laughed! But they had to get going, so I had to scoop her up so they could quickly scoot out the door. She then ran to the front door, watched them walk to the bus stop, then stood there and waited until they were safely on the bus. So devoted, she is.
